Job Summary:

As the Director of Marketing, you will lead the formulation and execution of our innovative marketing strategies, collaborating closely with the founding team to propel our startup to new heights. Your strategic prowess, creativity, and leadership will be pivotal in crafting and implementing result-driven marketing initiatives. These endeavors will foster substantial growth in our customer base, amplify our presence within the hotel management and B2B tech realm, and position our brand as an industry leader. Your vision will shape the trajectory of our marketing strategy, driving our disruptive solutions to the forefront of the B2B SaaS hotel industry.


  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop and communicate a compelling brand story and value proposition that resonates with our target audience, differentiating us from competitors.
  • Content Development: Lead and actively participate in the creation of high-quality, relevant content that positions us as thought leaders and provides value to our prospects and customers. Content may include blog posts, white-papers, case studies, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Customer Persona: Identify and understand target customer personas within our sector, tailoring marketing campaigns and messaging to address their unique pain points and needs.
  • Growth Hacking: Employ creative growth hacking techniques to drive rapid customer acquisition, increase market share, and establish a strong brand presence in the industry.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive traffic, generate leads, and foster customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, make informed decisions, and optimize strategies for growth.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to expand our reach and amplify marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest potential for impact and ROI.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B tech marketing, preferably with experience in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing entrepreneurial marketing strategies that have driven growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset, using data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage marketing resources.
  • Startup experience or an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
